ALL products sold by us are genuine. We do NOT parallel import, nor will we in the future. Our company is approaching 165 years of age and we fully intend for it to still be in business in a further 100 years.
We welcome your feedback on our site. In order to keep costs as low as possible and document loading as fast as possible, we have not included complicated graphics or animations. This has two direct advantages - it keeps prices to you as low as possible and it places little strain on older computers, so you don't have to have access to the latest computer systems to view our site. Additionally, the images on the Giving touch Page may seem "stretched" a bit on wide screen monitors - clicking on the images opens a sub window with the correct aspect for viewing.
